    You Are A Healer

    Two Supporting Philosophies:

    healer

We are each responsible for all of our experiences.
Every thought we think is creating our future.
The point of power is always in the present moment.
Everyone suffers from self-hatred and guilt.
The bottom line for everyone is,
    “I’m not good enough.”
It’s only a thought, and a thought can be changed.
We create every so-called illness in our body.
Resentment, criticism, and guilt are the most damaging patterns.
Releasing resentment will dissolve even cancer.
We must release the past and forgive everyone.
We must be willing to begin to learn to love ourselves.
Self-approval and self-acceptance in the now are the keys to positive changes.
When we really love ourselves, everything in our life works.

-Louise L Hay, “You Can Heal Your Life”

    My Philosophy on Health

Physically the only disease is constipation. Metaphysically the only disease is fear. Because everything is energy and energy cannot either be created nor destroyed, it can only be transformed, you have to shift and transform not only your thinking but your actions when you want to go from a state of disease to a state of vibrant health.
Basically if the body can get sick, the body can heal. But I believe that you not only have to make a big shift in your diet, but you have to make a big shift in every area of your life from your physical environment in your house, to the thoughts in your head, and definitely your fitness routine. I believe that anything can heal with persistent focus, a plan, a guide, some resources, and a supportive community.

What if part of your spiritual journey is to walk in sickness and dying is the way in which you are able to be reborn?

Then you probably will be like one of the many that don’t have a desire to be healed.
